MANAGE YOUR ACCOUNT

You can view and edit account information, view orders, track order status, reorder, see and edit wish list, update the address book, and view product reviews from the My Dashboard page.

 

ACCOUNT INFORMATION

I forgot my password. How do I reset my password?

When you click Log in, in the pop up window, click Forgot Password. Enter your email address and mall140 will send you an email to reset your password.

How can I set up my profile picture?

Click My Dashboard on the home page. In the My Dashboard page, click the Account Information tab, then click Contact Information. You can update your profile picture from this page.

How can I change my name, address, or profile picture?

Click My Dashboard on the home page. In the My Dashboard page, click the Account Information tab and edit the information.

How can I change my shipping or billing address?

Click My Dashboard on the home page. In the My Dashboard page, click Address Book, to edit your billing and shipping address, or add a new address.

 

ORDERS

How can I manage my orders?

As a mall140 customer, you can manage your orders (products that you bought) from the My Orders Placed

How can I review a product and can I view my reviews?

To read product reviews, click the Review tab under the product image.

How do I add a product to my wish list?

Just click on the Add to wish list button next to the product image.

How do I share my wish list?

Click My Dashboard on the home page. In the My Dashboard page, click the My wish list. Then click the Share wish list button.

Can I contact a seller about the status of my order?

Yes. Click My Orders on your Dashboard page.A list of all your orders will be displayed.Click the Contact seller link, enter your question and click Submit.
